Monday was a beautiful day! The weather was pleasant, the air was cool, and we even experienced an afternoon rain storm.
The work is challenging. We spent the entire day sifting rock & sand by hand. It is a tedious job, but it allowed us to talk and fellowship as we worked. We are working right next to the school in Guibert, so at various times of the day we had numerous school children gathering to watch us work.
It is such a blessing to see the impact that the ministry is having on the local community, especially the children. They are so full of joy and hope. God is at work in this place and it is evident on the faces of the people.
Thank you for your continued prayers. Please pray that God will renew our tired bodies and grant us energy for the tasks ahead.
