Today was our last full day on the construction site. The depot is coming along quickly and will be complete early next week. We have sifted an unbelievable amount of rock, moved lots of block, and carried several buckets of mortar. It has been enjoyable to serve alongside our Haitian brothers as we worked hard on the depot.
We had the opportunity to play hopscotch and soccer with some of the local children this afternoon. It was fun to see the joy on their faces and hear their laughter as we played.
Our time in Haiti is coming to a close. We are ready to see our families and friends, but we will miss the time we've had here.
